📄 Job Description
- Strategic Sales & Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and close high-value deals with B2B clients, including pre-TGE, post-TGE, and Top 300 CMC projects. Champion ChainGPT’s white-label solutions such as Launchpad, Vesting Portal, Staking Portal, and AI Agent Launcher. You will own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to successful onboarding.
- Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development: Conduct structured discovery calls to qualify prospects, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Cultivate long-term relationships through consistent, value-driven communication and ensure seamless handovers to product and technical teams post-close.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline health, and key performance indicators within CRM platforms. Accurately forecast deal velocity and revenue, proactively identifying and addressing any pipeline bottlenecks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of BD, Leadgen, and Marketing teams to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging strategies, and outreach cadences. Contribute valuable insights to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Selling (ABS) campaigns.
- Market & Product Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitor activities, market shifts, client pain points, and industry go-to-market tactics. Provide critical feedback to inform product roadmap priorities based on real-world demand and stay abreast of Web3 trends, token dynamics, and AI-powered sales tools like Zapier, n8n, and Make.com.
📌 Requirements
- 3–5+ years of extensive experience in Business Development or Direct Sales, specifically within high-ticket tech sales environments.
- A proven track record of successfully closing high-value B2B deals or significantly driving revenue for top 500 CMC projects.
- Strong familiarity with white-label platforms or customizable SaaS infrastructures is highly preferred.
- A deep, nuanced understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including L1/L2 networks, DeFi protocols, NFTs, digital wallets, DAOs, and the common challenges faced by builders.
- Strategic thinking coupled with strong sales fundamentals, exceptional structured communication, and persuasive negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions, particularly with technical teams and senior leadership.
