As our Digital Engagement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our digital infrastructure and supporting key initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing the Andar CRM database, ensuring data quality, system performance, and security.
• Serving as the primary liaison for database functionality, troubleshooting, and enhancements with UPIC and internal teams.
• Developing and managing online fundraising platforms (e.g., Andar applications, Square, GiveSmart), including setup and performance monitoring.
• Supporting digital campaign setup and coordination for Workplace Directors of Development with corporate partners.
• Creating and managing donor communications and engagement emails through the CRM.
• Providing custom reports and data summaries to evaluate campaign performance and identify trends for strategic decision-making.
• Managing the Andar CRM database module for Community Building operations, including grants and outcomes management.
• Guiding staff to training resources and educating users on new system features.
• Maintaining a digital library of database policies, procedures, and best practices.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about our mission. Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a Business-related field.
• Minimum of five years of related work experience in data management, analysis, reporting, and database applications.
• Experience in project management and customer service.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Andar experience is highly preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of another relational database is required.
• Strong data management and analysis skills, including advanced Excel functions.
• Ability to generate reports, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to learning new technologies and improving systems and processes.
• Experience in nonprofit operations or fundraising is a plus.
