TypeScript Open Source Engineer Job November 2025

As a Business Development Manager with a focus on Layer 1 blockchain, you will be a core member of our BD team, instrumental in forging and strengthening relationships across the Web3 space. This is a high-ownership role where you will strategically align ChainGPT’s AIVM Layer 1 with other prominent blockchains, emerging protocols, and key ecosystem organizations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading strategic outreach and deal flow with Layer 1/L2 chains, infrastructure protocols, and on-chain tools.
• Representing ChainGPT in cross-chain alliance discussions, grants programs, and validator partnerships.
• Supporting end-to-end BD engagements, from initial discussions to formal agreements and successful onboarding.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Product, Labs, Marketing) to design developer campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
• Integrating ChainGPT into rollups, appchains, modular chains, alt-VMs, and early-stage L1s seeking AI infrastructure.
• Monitoring emerging opportunities across ecosystems like Cosmos, Polygon, Avalanche, Berachain, Solana, Base, and Scroll to ensure early engagement.

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic individual with a profound understanding of the blockchain landscape. The ideal candidate will bring:

• At least 2 years of Business Development or Partnerships experience specifically within a Layer 1, Layer 2, Rollup, or Core Blockchain project.
• A deep understanding of blockchain architecture, validator economics, ecosystem funding models, and the ability to navigate complex deals independently.
• Clear, concise communication, comfortable engaging with foundation leads and pitching founders at industry events.
• An established network of relationships within the L1/L2 ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Bonus: previous experience with AI tools, white-label infrastructure, or protocol-level integrations.
• A proven track record of successful partnerships that led to delivered products or initiatives.
