As a Technical Project Manager at Crypto.com, you will be instrumental in guiding our complex technology initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex and large-scale cross-team, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Interfacing effectively with development teams to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources efficiently.
• Delivering tangible results by collaborating with cross-functional teams from the initial design phase through to successful rollout.
• Tracking project progress diligently, resolving dependencies, evaluating potential risks, and communicating status updates clearly to management and all project stakeholders.
• Designing and tracking key metrics around initiative goals to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Orchestrating technology initiatives alongside business feature deliveries, ensuring seamless coordination to balance both technical and business priorities.
• Facilitating and maintaining comprehensive documentation with developers, tailored for various audiences, including production support playbooks and API documentation.
• Maintaining and optimizing the deployment workflow, while continually improving knowledge discovery processes to empower the entire team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual who meets the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in project and/or program management within a software applications environment.
• A deep and demonstrable understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Proven exposure to both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, with practical application experience.
• Extensive experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to skillfully align the efforts of disparate groups towards achieving a common goal.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for fostering team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in facilitating meetings, summarizing complex documentation clearly, and driving effective discussions.
• A strong track record in setting up robust processes and driving automation initiatives for efficiency.
• Adept at knowledge discovery and guiding teams to transform and present information to various audiences.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience as a Scrum Master is a significant advantage.
• Proven mentoring skills to foster team growth and development.
• Fluent verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese are highly beneficial for our global team.
• Familiarity and experience with project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
• PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP certifications are preferred.
