As a Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist, you will be a vital part of the D1 Training Home Office team, ensuring smooth operations and supporting franchisees nationwide. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and responding to support tickets from franchise owners and staff efficiently.
  • Routing inquiries to the appropriate department or sub-department for quick resolution.
  • Assisting with MindBody software requests, with comprehensive training provided if needed.
  • Running, tracking, and organizing essential reports for leadership, meetings, and events.
  • Supporting the scheduling and coordination of virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Uploading and maintaining training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitating cross-department communication and proactive follow-up to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing excellent internal customer service with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
Success in this role means providing fast, friendly responses, clear communication, and building strong partnerships with franchise owners and Home Office leadership to ensure smooth operations for over 100 D1 Training locations.
