- Efficiently managing and responding to support tickets from franchise owners and staff.
- Routing inquiries to the appropriate department or sub-department with precision.
- Assisting with MindBody software requests, with comprehensive training provided if necessary.
- Running, tracking, and organizing essential reports for leadership meetings and events.
- Supporting the coordination and scheduling of virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Uploading training materials into our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Facilitating cross-department communication and proactive follow-up.
- Providing excellent internal customer service, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in all interactions.
