- Fluency in both English and German is mandatory. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or other languages is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience working in a customer-centric and customer-facing environment.
- Excellent active listening and attentive reading skills, with a strong drive to fully understand customer needs.
- Familiarity and ease of navigation with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
- A strong focus on finding the best possible solutions for users’ concerns, demonstrating creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
- Effective time management and the capability to work independently, taking initiative to improve processes, systems, and workflows.
- Must possess personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency or the broader blockchain ecosystem.
