As our Full-time Marketing Manager for Korea, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s presence and community engagement within the crucial Korean market. Your strategic vision and hands-on execution will be vital in expanding our reach and impact. Key responsibilities include:

• Community Management & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our Korean-speaking community across platforms like Telegram, Discord, and other relevant channels.
• Create, translate, and manage highly engaging daily content (announcements, educational threads, updates) to foster growth, active discussion, and a thriving community.
• Marketing Campaigns & Events: Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end local marketing initiatives and campaigns tailored for the Korean market.
• Collaborate closely with global marketing teams to effectively localize global campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum impact within Korea.
• KOL & Ambassador Management: Identify, negotiate with, and cultivate strong relationships with a network of influential Korean Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and crypto influencers for impactful promotional activities and long-term strategic partnerships.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can hit the ground running in the dynamic Web3 space. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Native fluency in Korean and full professional proficiency in English or Chinese. This is crucial for effective communication and content creation in the target market.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, community management, or growth roles, specifically within the fast-paced crypto industry.
• A deep and nuanced understanding of the Korean crypto landscape, including key communities, popular platforms, influential media outlets, and the investor mentality.
• A strong existing network within the Korean influencer and crypto community sphere is considered a significant advantage.
