📄 Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the product team to define requirements and transform them into robust technical solutions.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of the DOMA Protocol, from research and design to implementation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring, enabling the tokenization of domains as Real World Assets (RWAs) on the Solana blockchain.
- Conduct in-depth research, implement, and maintain Solana programs to power ‘DomainFi’ applications across the Solana ecosystem, including tokenization, name resolution, secondary trading, and lending/borrowing mechanisms.
- Develop and integrate sophisticated backend services that seamlessly interface with both the Solana blockchain and traditional DNS Registry/Registrar infrastructure.
- Guarantee the exceptional scalability, peak performance, and uncompromised security of our protocol and applications.
- Uphold the highest standards of code quality through diligent code reviews, comprehensive testing, and effective debugging practices.
- Proactively maintain and optimize existing codebase performance, promptly addressing any bugs or issues.
- Stay continuously updated with the latest advancements, frameworks, and best practices in web development, blockchain, and smart contract development to ensure D3 remains at the cutting edge.
📌 Requirements
- A strong, demonstrable passion for Blockchain technologies and protocols is essential.
- Extensive hands-on knowledge and experience with the Solana blockchain, encompassing smart contract development and deployment, blockchain bridges, oracles, indexers, decentralized finance (DeFi), and NFT marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in robust backend development, utilizing Node.js and either MySQL or Postgres.
- Minimum of 3 years dedicated experience in blockchain development, proficient in Solidity or Rust, coupled with a deep understanding of distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and storage subsystems.
- Familiarity with Git version control and practical experience with Agile methodologies for efficient, collaborative development.
- Possess strong problem-solving capabilities, high adaptability, and a self-motivated attitude, with an eagerness to master new technologies within a dynamic startup environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating the ability to excel both independently and as a vital member of cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business goals.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications and additional coursework in blockchain or related fields are a significant advantage.
- DevOps experience with modern platforms such as Kubernetes, Digital Ocean, Google Cloud, AWS, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with NestJS and GraphQL.
- Prior experience in maintaining or creating blockchain oracles.
