As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting Hylio’s operations by managing essential administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing accurate order entry into spreadsheets and production software.
  • Managing customer data and ensuring its integrity across various online tools.
  • Conducting basic bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks using QuickBooks Online.
  • Addressing and resolving customer billing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Engaging with customers using pre-defined email templates.
  • Assisting with recruiting efforts to help grow our team.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a friendly demeanor. Key qualifications include:
  • Proven prior experience as an administrative assistant (3+ years preferred).
  • Moderate proficiency in written and spoken English.
