As our Quality Assurance Lead, you will be instrumental in building and overseeing comprehensive QA processes across a diverse product portfolio, including custom routers, mobile applications, web platforms, and critical crypto wallet functionality. This high-impact position directly supports the efficiency, reliability, and user experience of our rapidly scaling operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Testing and Validation: Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and cases across mobile, web, and hardware systems. Validate router performance and network integration in both controlled and live environments.
• Acceptance Criteria and Issue Tracking: Translate complex product requirements into structured acceptance criteria using tools like Linear. Diligently log, prioritize, and verify defects and performance issues through to resolution.
• Process and Quality Improvement: Monitor production releases and proactively identify opportunities for QA process optimization. Establish and enforce consistent QA documentation standards and robust reporting structures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure consistent quality from initial requirements gathering to final release. Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospectives as the primary QA point of contact.

We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable QA professional to lead our efforts. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 5+ years of dedicated Quality Assurance experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong, proven experience testing a variety of platforms, including:
• Mobile applications (React Native preferred).
• Web platforms (React, various browser-based environments).
• AWS-based backend infrastructure.
• Hardware devices (e.g., custom routers, IoT solutions).
• Proficiency with leading test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Linear, Jira).
• A deep understanding of both manual and exploratory testing techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail, robust analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Highly Valued Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Experience with crypto wallets, Web3 technologies, or blockchain infrastructure.
• A background in telecom, MDU systems, or embedded device testing.
• Exposure to CI/CD workflows and experience with test automation environments.
• Familiarity with performance benchmarking and security testing principles.
