📄 Job Description
- Deal Sourcing & Partnerships: Proactively identify and forge strong relationships with high-quality Web3 startups, leading venture funds, and emerging ecosystems to attract top-tier blockchain projects to ChainGPT Pad and DegenPad.
- Project Evaluation: Conduct rigorous due diligence, perform in-depth tokenomics reviews, and apply comprehensive project scoring across various dimensions (e.g., team strength, technological innovation, market potential, narrative appeal).
- Deal Structuring: Support the negotiation and finalization of partnership and IDO agreements, ensuring mutual alignment with both ChainGPT’s and the project’s strategic objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage an active, meticulously documented deal flow, overseeing every stage from initial outreach to successful IDO completion using CRM and internal coordination tools.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with our marketing, legal, operations, and technical teams to ensure each project is fully prepared for launch, covering documentation, audits, compliance, and campaign readiness.
- Ecosystem Growth: Act as a prominent representative for ChainGPT Pad and DegenPad at industry events, within online communities, and across venture networks to enhance brand visibility and attract premier projects.
📌 Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Partnerships, and Deal Sourcing specifically within Web3 Venture Capital firms or Launchpads.
- A demonstrable track record in successfully supporting Web3 token launches, initiating partnership programs, and managing complex strategic alliances.
- Profound understanding of tokenomics, Fully Diluted Valuation (FDV), various project valuation frameworks, and diverse Web3 partnership structures.
- Extensive knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, including Layer-1s/L2s, Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Artificial Intelligence (AI) in crypto, GameFi, and community engagement dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- A strong self-starter mindset, capable of operating independently and effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An existing, robust network among prominent VCs, other launchpads, and high-tier Web3 projects.
- Previous experience in project due diligence, investment analysis, or fundraising advisory roles.
- Prior employment at a reputable Launchpad, Accelerator, or Web3 Venture Fund.
