As a Senior Blockchain Software Engineer at InfStones, you will lead the charge in developing scalable and reliable backend solutions. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop a high-performance backend system for cross-chain data collection, processing, and analysis, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Conduct independent research to identify, analyze, and implement innovative solutions for complex cross-chain data challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver effective and efficient backend systems that meet specific business and technical requirements.
• Execute rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and actively mentor junior team members, fostering growth and sharing best practices and insights.
• Apply a strong understanding of advanced data structures, algorithms, and efficient coding practices to significantly enhance backend system performance and overall architecture.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled engineer with a deep passion for blockchain innovation. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Proven proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language such as Golang, Java, JavaScript, or Rust, demonstrated through strong programming habits and exceptional coding skills.
• Robust knowledge of multithreading, data structures, and algorithms, with a proven ability to write efficient, high-performance, and scalable code.
• Extensive experience with various database systems (both SQL and NoSQL), coupled with a strong understanding of data backup, recovery, security, and integrity principles.
• Solid familiarity with cross-chain data protocols and a comprehensive understanding of various blockchain technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting independent research to explore new technical solutions and significantly improve existing system capabilities.

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with EVM and Cosmos mechanisms, alongside other major blockchain ecosystems and their intricate data architectures.
• Practical knowledge of Solidity, smart contracts, web3 RPC, and other essential blockchain-related tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with consensus protocols and distributed systems, contributing to their security and reliability.
• Prior experience in building or significantly enhancing cross-chain data systems for advanced analytical or critical business purposes.
