As a Junior QA Engineer at Gnosis, you will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of product quality. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.
• Proactively identifying, meticulously documenting, and efficiently tracking software defects through their lifecycle.
• Collaborating closely with development teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the entire software development process.
• Actively participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback focused on quality and potential improvements.
• Continuously seeking and implementing improvements to our existing testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Proven experience in quality assurance and a solid understanding of testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with automated testing tools, with specific experience in Selenium.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize time in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with key technologies and practices such as Jenkins, AWS, DevOps, and Security.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience or familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Strong analytical and exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
