As a Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist, you will be crucial to ensuring smooth operations for our franchisees and home office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Efficiently managing and responding to support tickets from franchise owners and staff.
  • Routing inquiries to the appropriate department or sub-department with precision.
  • Assisting with MindBody software requests, with comprehensive training provided if necessary.
  • Running, tracking, and organizing essential reports for leadership meetings and events.
  • Supporting the coordination and scheduling of virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Uploading training materials into our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitating cross-department communication and proactive follow-up.
  • Providing excellent internal customer service, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in all interactions.
