Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dynamic team of senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Plan and execute the team’s sprints, driving the development and implementation of complex protocol solutions.

Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience building or contributing to blockchain nodes, especially Ethereum (MUST have).
