📄 Role Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging prospects (agency owners/managers) across Telegram, various forums, and relevant online groups.
- Initiating conversations, qualifying interest, and scheduling introductory calls/demos for our sales team.
- Sharing key value propositions and resources, and conducting follow-ups using provided talk tracks and templates.
- Accurately tracking leads and conversations in our CRM, ensuring clear next steps and detailed notes.
- Guiding new sign-ups through a straightforward onboarding checklist (with comprehensive training provided).
- Collecting valuable product feedback from the field and relaying insights to our marketing and operations teams.
- Consistently hitting weekly activity goals for DMs sent, replies, demos booked, and accounts onboarded.

- Are comfortable and confident initiating conversations online.
- Possess strong writing skills, enabling clear, concise messages tailored to different audiences.
- Are highly organized and consistent in follow-ups and documentation.
- Are a fast learner and thrive using proven scripts and playbooks.
- Are familiar with Telegram, community forums, and group-based outreach (nice-to-have, but not required).
- Experience in community outreach, SDR/BDR, social selling, or affiliate recruiting.
- Familiarity with creator-economy agencies or subscription-based platforms.
- Light CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable).
