As a German Speaking Customer Service Agent at SwissBorg, you will be a vital part of our Community Success team, providing world-class support to our diverse user base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer support to our community members in both German and English.
  • Assisting users effectively through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Working based on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous, comprehensive support for our global customers.
  • Participating in occasional side projects and project-based tasks, executing them efficiently.
  • Being a collaborative and supportive team player, contributing to our strong community spirit.
  • Sharing valuable user insights and feedback with relevant internal teams to drive product and process improvements.
  • Reporting and meticulously documenting bugs in appropriate channels to support our development teams.
  • Continuously immersing yourself in the SwissBorg product and the dynamic world of cryptocurrency.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and dedicated individual who meets the following qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and German is mandatory. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or other languages is a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-centric and customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent active listening and attentive reading skills, with a strong drive to fully understand customer needs.
  • Familiarity and ease of navigation with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
  • A strong focus on finding the best possible solutions for users’ concerns, demonstrating creative problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
  • Effective time management and the capability to work independently, taking initiative to improve processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Must possess personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency or the broader blockchain ecosystem.
