📄 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management (approx. 60%):
- Video Editing: Edit 6-10 short-form videos (reels/TikToks) weekly from raw footage. This involves adding captions, transitions, trending sounds, color correction, and polishing the final product within a 24-48 hour turnaround.
- Photo Editing: Perform color correction and retouching using tools like Lightroom/Snapseed/VSCO. Crop and format images for various platforms while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.
- Social Media Management: Draft engaging captions (with AI assistance), schedule daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, post daily stories, and actively respond to DMs and comments.
- Content Planning: Develop weekly content calendars, research trending sounds, hashtags, and content ideas, and suggest new concepts based on performance analytics.
Business Support & Administrative Tasks (approx. 40%):
- Client Outreach: For a health beverage brand, send 20-25 professional outreach emails weekly to retail buyers, follow up with prospects, update CRM/Google Sheets daily, and schedule buyer meetings.
- Account Management: Assist with simple social media management, including scheduling and posting 8 photos monthly with captions.
- Administrative Support: Organize Google Drive, track invoices and payments, research modeling agencies and job opportunities, schedule appointments, and manage general inbox communications.

- A background in Film, Marketing, Communications, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Active presence on TikTok/Instagram with a keen understanding of current content trends.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Strong written communication skills, essential for professional client outreach.
- A genuine interest in gaining REAL experience in influencer marketing and brand management.
