📄 Role and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research, identify, and qualify high-potential crypto projects and Tier-1 partners.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Twitter/X.
- Leverage automation and enrichment tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make.com) to enhance prospecting efficiency.
Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development
- Conduct engaging exploratory conversations with prospects to understand their needs and qualify interest.
- Maintain regular touchpoints to strategically move leads through the prospecting funnel.
- Facilitate sales engagement and pre-close education by creating and managing Telegram groups.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Rigorously document and track all activities, notes, tasks, and updates within the CRM system.
- Provide comprehensive weekly reports on lead pipeline metrics, outreach performance, growth opportunities/challenges, and critical market insights.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work collaboratively with various business units and cross-departments to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and alignment on strategic focus.
- Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, lead scoring models, and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) / Account-Based Selling (ABS) campaigns.
Market Research & Insights
- Stay continuously informed about the latest trends and developments across the Web3, AI, and broader emerging tech ecosystems.
- Monitor the evolving landscape of AI automation and sales enablement tools to consistently enhance outreach efficiency and strategic approaches.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, track key industry players, and identify strategic opportunities for engagement and market differentiation.
📌 Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in lead generation, data research, or an SDR role within a Web3, AI, crypto, or blockchain-focused company.
- A deep and demonstrable understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including DeFi, DAOs, NFT projects, digital wallets, exchanges, and various L1/L2 chains.
- Proven proficiency with CRM tools, lead databases, AI automation solutions, account-based strategies, and advanced outreach tools.
- A track record of success in high-ticket cold outreach, effectively qualifying leads, and consistently passing high-quality opportunities to a Business Development team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with high-level prospects.
- The ability to thrive as a self-starter in a remote-first, Tier-1 company environment.
