📄 Job Description

As our Business Development Manager, you will be crucial in expanding ChainGPT’s reach across the Web3 ecosystem. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Strategic Sales & Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and close deals with B2B clients, including pre-TGE, post-TGE, and Top 300 CMC projects. Promote white-label solutions such as Launchpad, Vesting Portal, Staking Portal, and AI Agent Launcher. Own the entire sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development: Conduct structured discovery calls to qualify prospects, convert MQLs to SQLs, and build long-term rapport through value-driven follow-ups. Ensure seamless handovers to product and technical teams post-close.
  • CRM Management & Reporting: Meticulously track all sales activities, pipeline health, and KPIs using CRM platforms. Forecast deal velocity and revenue, identify bottlenecks, and share strategic insights with leadership based on partner feedback and market trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of BD, Leadgen, and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies. Contribute to ABM & ABS campaigns and liaise with Product & Engineering to align expectations with deliverables.
  • Market & Product Intelligence: Research competitors, market shifts, client pain points, and industry go-to-market tactics. Provide structured feedback to shape roadmap priorities and stay updated on Web3 hype cycles, token trends, and AI-powered sales tools (Zapier, n8n, Make.com, etc.).

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the Web3 space. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in Business Development or Direct Sales, specifically in high-ticket tech sales.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in closing high-value B2B deals or driving revenue for top 500 CMC projects.
  • Technical Familiarity: Strong preference for familiarity with White-label platforms or customizable SaaS infrastructures.
  • Web3 Expertise: Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including L1/L2 networks, DeFi, NFTs, wallets, DAOs, and builders’ challenges.
  • Strategic Acumen: Strategic thinker with strong sales fundamentals, structured communication, and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally, especially with technical teams and leadership.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with AI tools, Zapier/n8n/Make.com automations, or developer-first sales motivation.
