As a Wallet Operations Specialist at Binance, you will be on the front lines of our digital asset operations, ensuring seamless functionality and security for our exchange wallets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the daily operations of exchange wallets, managing deposits and withdrawals efficiently.
• Monitor blockchain transactions continuously, ensuring timely processing and expertly resolving any delays or failures.
• Maintain and enhance the operational uptime and reliability of all exchange wallets.
• Coordinate and execute network upgrades, token events, and rigorous testing with zero issues.
• Collaborate proactively with the security team to respond to incidents swiftly and implement robust safeguards.
• Monitor internal alerts, refine monitoring systems to detect security or high-risk events, and drive reactive and preventive measures.
• Automate repetitive tasks to significantly improve overall operational efficiency.
• Analyze transaction data to identify critical trends and propose system improvements.
• Conduct competitor product and industry trend analysis to recommend potential product and process enhancements.
• Work closely with Customer Support to expertly resolve all wallet-related user inquiries.
• Partner with various stakeholders across departments to address customer pain points and enhance our product offerings.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual with a strong foundation in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. The ideal candidate will meet the following minimum requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with blockchain explorers such as Etherscan.
• A solid understanding of UTXO, EVM, and multi-signature wallet functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
• The ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment is highly desirable.
