As a Web3 Investment Analyst Intern, you will be at the forefront of the crypto market, with responsibilities including:

• Identifying, sourcing, and evaluating early-stage investment opportunities across Web3 (DAOs, crypto infrastructure, new verticals like entertainment and IoT).
• Attending crypto conferences and hackathons to source new projects, build relationships, and understand emerging trends.
• Performing detailed due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation on new investments, while supporting and monitoring the portfolio.
• Producing institutional-quality research reports, including token deep dives and thematic insights on Web3 verticals.
• Synthesizing research findings into digestible content for Token Metrics TV and our YouTube channel.
• Arranging and hosting quarterly AMA sessions or podcasts to follow up on portfolio investments.

We are looking for a passionate and analytically driven individual with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Confident presentation abilities with proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Demonstrable crypto experience and a keen interest in Web3, especially DAOs and Middleware.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills; ability to quickly comprehend, evaluate, and critique new ideas and data.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and determination.
• Solid business acumen, including understanding market sizes, barriers to entry, unit economics, and network effects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Passion for the crypto-asset industry and investing, eager to continuously up-skill.
• Ability to solve challenging problems with rigorous independent research and a strong analytical skillset.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, mature, well-organized, and an excellent team player, comfortable in a remote-first setting.
