As an Investment Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in our research and investment strategy. Your core responsibilities include:

• Identifying, sourcing, and rigorously evaluating early-stage investment opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem (DAOs, crypto infrastructure, entertainment, IoT).
• Attending crypto conferences and hackathons to discover new projects, forge relationships, and stay abreast of emerging crypto trends.
• Performing detailed due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation on potential investments.
• Producing institutional-quality research reports, including deep dives on specific tokens and thematic insights on Web3 verticals.
• Synthesizing complex research findings into digestible content for Token Metrics TV and our YouTube channel.
• Arranging quarterly AMA sessions or podcasts to provide portfolio investment updates.

We are looking for proactive, analytical, and self-motivated individuals with a deep passion for the crypto space. Key qualifications include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
• Confident presentation abilities, proficient with tools like PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Demonstrated crypto experience and a keen interest in Web3.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend, evaluate, and critique new ideas and data.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and determination.
• In-depth knowledge of Crypto, especially DAOs and Web3.
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of market sizing, defensibility of business models, unit economics, and network effects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
