📄 Job Description

As our Virtual Assistant, you will be the backbone of our administrative and technical operations, directly supporting Dr. Julian Burd and the coaching team. Your ultimate purpose is to ensure non-client-facing tasks are handled with precision, freeing our experts to focus on client success and business growth.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative & Client Support:
    • Managing the new client onboarding checklist efficiently.
    • Scheduling and updating client appointments using Calendly.
    • Organizing and updating client notes within Google Drive and Everfit.
    • Maintaining impeccable digital file organization across Google Suite and Slack.
    • Coordinating client reminders and Slack updates as directed.
  • Communication & Outreach:
    • Engaging new followers and potential clients via direct message under Dr. Burd’s guidance.
    • Formatting, posting, or sending messages drafted by the team.
    • Ensuring a consistent and professional tone across all client-facing communications.
  • Systems & Tech Management:
    • Assisting with the setup and ongoing maintenance of essential tools like Zapier, Slack, Jotform, Everfit, Wave, Google Suite, and Calendly.
    • Troubleshooting minor tech issues or automation workflows (full training will be provided).
    • Proactively suggesting improvements to streamline repetitive processes and enhance efficiency.
